Sellers list their items for sale, and buyers can browse listings and make purchases directly through the platform. The entire site is free to use, and sellers keep 100% of the listing price of their items.

Continuously updated to reflect market trends, it provides you with real-time insights to inform your buying and selling decisions.

What types of items can I buy and sell?

You can buy and sell used pickleball paddles. We hope to expand our offering in the future to a wide variety of new and used pickleball equipment, including paddles, apparel, shoes, and accessories, including balls, bags, grips, and more.

Paddle Condition Definitions

New

Paddles that are brand new, never used, and undamaged. Typically these paddles are still in the original packaging.

Used - Like New

Paddles that are in excellent condition, but have previously been used. No signs of wear or defect. Typically these paddles have been used for less than 5 hours of play.

Used - Good

Paddles that show minor signs of wear, but are operational and work as intended.

How do I list an item for sale?

Click on the "List an item" button. You’ll be asked to provide details about the item, including photos, description, price, and shipping options.

How do I buy an item?

Simply browse listings, select the item you want to buy, and click on the “Buy Now” button. Follow the prompts to complete the purchase, including providing your shipping address and payment information.

What are the fees for listing an item?

There is no fee to create an account or list an item.

What are the fees for selling an item?

There is no fee to sell an item. Sellers keep 100% of the listing price of their items.

How does shipping work?

Sellers are responsible for shipping items to buyers. As soon as your item sells, you’ll receive a pre-paid and pre-addressed shipping label. All you need to do is print the label, package your item, and ship it! All orders are shipping with 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail. Right now, The Pickleball Swap supports shipping within the United States.

Who pays for shipping?

During the listing process, sellers have the option to take on the shipping fees associated with their item. Buyers are responsible for paying shipping fees if the seller does not elect to cover it. All orders are shipped using 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail. Shipping fees range from $6.00 to $11.00 depending on how far the package is traveling.

How does sales tax work?

We will automatically apply sales tax to the purchase price as applicable. Taxes vary by location.

How do I package my item?

You can package your item in a package of any size and it can weigh up to 1 pound. We recommend using a #6 mailer available at Target or Walmart.

How long do sellers have to ship my purchased item?

Most sellers ship items within two days. If sellers do not ship items within seven days, the purchase is automatically cancelled.

What if I have a problem with my purchase?

If you encounter any issues with a purchase or sale, such as receiving a damaged item or not receiving payment, please contact our customer support team at support@thepickleballswap.com. We’re here to help resolve any problems to ensure a positive experience for all users.

Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

All sales are final on The Pickleball Swap. However, a buyer may open a case with us if they do not receive their item or if it does not arrive as advertised. This case must be opened within three days of item delivery.
