JVB Is this the elongated model? You don’t mention much about the overall condition, how many times it’s been used, scuffs?, how old it is, is ita authentic Joppa or a knock off?

Slow It worked when I originally scanned it. Not sure if it will work again, not sure how that all works.

Rob M Does the neck of the paddle have a holographic sticker on it or a gray box? The NFC should be recognized when scanned after the first time.

Rob M The absolute most reliable check is using the embedded Near Field Communication (NFC) chip located in the handle. The Scan: Open the JOOLA Infinity App, go to More > Product Settings > Product Registration, and tap your phone to the top of the handle (where the small signal icon is printed). The Authentic Result: An authentic paddle will automatically populate its unique, encrypted Serial Number (S/N) straight into the secure registration form.
