Shipping Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2024

Processing & Handling

Once an item sells, the seller receives an email with purchase details and a pre-paid, pre-addressed USPS Priority Mail label.

Sellers are expected to ship their item within 2 business days of sale.

If an item has not been shipped within 7 days, the order is automatically cancelled.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days).

Buyers receive a tracking number in their purchase confirmation email and can monitor delivery status directly on our site.

Shipping Costs

Standard USPS Priority Mail shipping fees range from $8–$13, depending on distance.

During listing, sellers may choose to cover these costs. If so, the item will display “Free Shipping” and no shipping fee will be charged to the buyer.

Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fee at checkout.

Packaging Guidelines

Sellers may use any appropriately sized package, up to 1 pound.

We recommend a #6 mailer available at Target or Walmart. and encourage sellers to use protective padding for safe delivery.

Shipping Locations

The Pickleball Swap currently supports shipping within the United States only.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once shipped, all packages are in the care of USPS. Buyers should use the tracking number provided to follow their package.

If an item arrives damaged or does not match its listing, buyers may open a case within 3 days of delivery for resolution.
