Problems with a Purchase
If you encounter any issues with a purchase or sale, such as receiving a damaged item, not receiving your paddle, or concerns about authenticity, please contact our customer support team at support@thepickleballswap.com within 3 days of delivery. We will review your case and help resolve the issue.
Returns & refunds
Standard policy: All sales on The Pickleball Swap are considered final.\
Exceptions: Buyers may open a return case if:
- The item does not arrive
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is not as described (including counterfeit concerns)
Return window: Cases must be opened within 3 days of delivery.\
Return shipping: If a return is approved, the buyer is not responsible for return shipping costs.\
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
