The UPA (The organization who runs PPA & MLP) makes RPM sponsored players “black out” their paddles because RPM doesn’t pay the full marketing fee to UPA. So long story short I had this gifted from a UPA signed player. That’s why I have it. It’s a standard RPM Friction Pro 16mm. It just doesn’t have the logo on it.
