Quaide M I put it in USPS yesterday 6/23, I work 12 hour shifts and had to work this past weekend when you ordered the paddle. Monday was the first day I had available to drop it off. It should be making its way to you now! I hope yall enjoy it!!

Ronal I just got back from vacation and received the paddle as well. It's in great condition. Wanted to check with you if this has already been registered on Joola? If yes please share the following details - Serial ID, Order Number, Order date, Place of purchase. These details would be helpful for me to submit claim in case of any issues during the warranty period.

Quaide M Hey Ronal, so glad you receive your paddle! I never registered the paddle on Joola. I bought it at Woods Trading in Gardendale, Al on 3/17. So I never received an order number for the purchase. Everything should be good for you to set it up as I never got the serial number from the paddle handle. I’m sorry that I don’t have all the information you asked for.

Ronal Thanks for the info. If you can try to get the order number from the bill/store I can contact customer support and ask them to get the serial number. Sadly, Without the order number I won't be able to register the product. It would be really great if you can somehow provide the order number.
