Paul D Thanks Dave. If it was purchased from a dealer or pro shop the chip should work fine to register the paddle. Do you know if it was purchasedd from a dealer?

Dave Purchased from Dick’s sporting goods in June. Chip worked for registration, I just don’t know if it can be registered to new owner. Sorry, I can’t say with any confidence on that.

Paul D Actually the warranty won't follow, but the chip assures that it is a genuine Joola paddle. Lots of knock offs being sold as Joola.

Paul D Hi Dave. I read somewhere that Stripe may take up to seven days to post to accounts. I 'accepted' the paddle so that should have released the funds. Let me know what you find out, and happy to help on this end if possible..
