Seller took 10 days to ship after I contacted customer service to complain about no shipping for a week. It was the cheapest paddle on the site and not worth the $25, but not the fault of the seller. The knockoff Joola broke at the handle after an hour of play. I took it apart and saw how cheaply it was made with the face and handle two separate pieces that cracked at the joint.
