The website is nicely designed and easy to navigate. The purchase was easy as well. The paddle was shipped very quickly and arrived as expected with an excellent tracking link. The paddle arrived very well packaged and in almost like new condition just as described. I would highly recommend Pickleball Swap for a great value in pickleball paddles.
