The item was described as "Excellent," but that is an overstatement. Given the light yet clearly visible scuffs, it falls squarely into "Very Good" condition. Overgrading is a persistent issue, and sellers need to be more precise. That said, the shipping speed and packaging quality were both flawless. If the cosmetic description had been accurate, this would be a 5-star transaction, but the discrepancies cap it at a solid 4 out of 5 stars.
